Ireland's only non-motorised parade where no trucks or tractors are to be seen! Running for the third consecutive year, the parade is a must-see for everyone. Previous celebs taking part were Father Ted and Friends, Barrack Obama, Tiger Woods...This year, who knows who will join us? The non-motorised parade is really fun to watch for the kids as many animals are taking part too. A fun day for all the family! Bouncy castles, face painting, music, interactive games and entertainment. Surprises guaranteed!

Spring Concert Season in the Great Hall, Tullynally Castle

The Prazak Quartet perform Mozart, Janacek and Schubert as part of the winter season of classical concerts arranged by the Derravaragh Music Association.


The Derravaragh Music Association was set up in 1987 to use the magnificent natural acoustics of the Regency gothic great hall at Tullynally Castle. There is an annual series of concerts run entirely by a volunteer committee, and funded by ticket receipts and voluntary donations by the Friends of the DMA. Full details of concerts and how to book are available online.

 

 

Concert suppers can also be booked either in the Castle Courtyard Cafe before the concert, or in the Castle Dining Room after the concert (limited numbers only). 

Concert begins at 8pm.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           
 

Atlantic Conference 2012

Atlantic Corridor works to develop cross-border and international links for a variety of business, education and development projects, between Ireland, Northern Ireland and partner regions in the USA and Canada. It is funded by Department of Foreign Affairs and focussed particularly on the development of mechanisms to share best practice from these partner regions. The Atlantic Conference 2012 is an Atlantic Corridor initiative.The main objective for the conference is to deliver a forum to share experiences of the issues relating to STEM education.
