50th Anniversary Celebrations of Apollo’s Moon Landing at Birr Castle
Join in the wonderful celebrations on the remarkable achievements of the Apollo’s 11 mission at Birr Castle Gardens & Science Centre this July.

Starting with a STAR-B-Q followed by the showing of the moon landing and star gazing in the shadow of the Great Telescope. Guided tours will also take place throughout the evening to the Science Galleries and include the story of the Great Telescope and the ground breaking I-LOFAR.
Pre-booking will be required for the event, limited space available.
