Delvin Garradrimna Book Fair
The Delvin Garradrimna Book Fair first opened its doors in 2010, since then it has grown in success from year to year. It has to date attracted over 12,000 visitors and interest in the event is growing as is the event itself.

Public Access Arts Workshops - Writing Words – One Day Workshop with John Saunders

FilmOffaly Vendor Card Launch
FilmOffaly – Offaly’s Film Commission invites local businesses and the public to the launch of FilmOffaly’s new Vendor Discount Card. This initiative was launched to the film industry in November of 2013 in Dublin. Many Offaly businesses have joined this new initiative to give discounts to film production companies filming in Offaly.

Guided Eco Cycle Boora - Offaly Naturalists’ Field Club and Lough Boora Parklands Event
The route will follow the cycle track to Mesolithic site and take in the new cycle track to west Boora (5.4 km or 10.8 km return trip). There will be plenty of stops along the way to look at features of the cutaway including wild flowers and orchids. The Marsh Helleborine and Bee Orchids at the Mesolithic Site should be in bloom.

The Irish Midlands Youth Orchestra was established in 2005 and is now a well established young orchestra, from all over the Midlands - Westmeath, Offaly, Laois, Kildare, Meath and Roscommon.
