OFFline Film Festival is dedicated to the screening and making of quality films in the Irish midlands.
The festival features screenings of national and international films in a unique selection of venues in Co Offaly. There is also a series of workshops being run based on a selection of aspects of filmmaking. Over the course of the festival, the OFFline Filmmaking Challenge will see teams of filmmakers from far and wide descending upon the Georgian town of Birr to shoot and edit a short film over a matter of days.
The festival culminates on Sunday 13th with a screening of the resulting films from the Filmmaking Challenge and the announcement of the winners who will not only take home a generous cash prize, but also bag themselves a guaranteed slot at the Galway Film Fleadh 2014!
