Selected works from the Laois County Council Collection on Exhibition
The exhibition includes paintings and sculpture by national and local artists. The artwork selected by the Arts Office, includes exhibits by well-known artists such as, John Keating, Bernadette Madden, Cathy Carman, Karen Hendy, Conor Brennan, Ray Murphy, Pat Byrne and Niall Fitzpatrick.

FELT AND FA(C)T
Felt and Fa(c)t is the undercurrent for a curatorial project initiated by Padraig Robinson, it is the second manifestation after its launch in Ormston House Gallery, January 2014. The project relies on the actual structures of friendship, proximity, and the desire to work together, as its philosophical basis.

Opening of Dining Hall at Donaghmore Workhouse
The formal opening of the Conservation Project at the Donaghmore Workhouse Dining Hall will be performed by Minister Charlie Flanagan. This is a partnership project between Donaghmore Workhouse Museum Committee, Laois County Council and Laois Partnership and will add greatly to the heritage value and visitor experience at Donaghmore.
