The Midland Regional Authority as part of the MidlandsIreland.ie branding initiative in association with AIT and Enterprise Ireland will host an early morning briefing entitled "Discover what the Midlands Region has to offer Your Business ". This event is targeted at business of all sizes, in the fields of environment, food, human health, animal health, nutrition, and cosmetics.

HSE Community Games National Festivals
The HSE Community Games National Festivals (finals) are held in May and in August. On each weekend, children compete for their area, town, county and province. In August, over 4,000 children will be in Athlone to participate in athletics, football, basketball, hurling and many more. The August Festival is on from the 16th to 18th in Athlone IT.
Time: 16th August to 18th August 2013
