Midlands Flavours will be at GIFTED in the RDS

Midlands Flavour will attend the iconic and ultimate Christmas design and craft fair, Gifted, from 3rd Dec to 7th at the RDS, Dublin.

Showcasing the talent of Midlands producers

This iconic Christmas fair has become a tradition for so many people; with over 400 of Ireland’s most talented makers, artisans, and food producers, it’s the largest celebration of Irish creativity in the country. From the Midlands Flavours’ collective, there will be 14 producers from Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Longford who will celebrate the rich culinary heritage and innovation of the region at the five-day event. From cheeses and beverages to handcrafted chocolates and artisanal preserves, the Midlands Flavours collective is a testament to the authentic flavours and deep-rooted connections that define the region’s food scene.

Speaking about the initiative, Bernie Everard, Midlands Food and Drink Network Manager, said:

“We are delighted to showcase the talent and hard work of Midlands producers at such a prestigious national event and invite visitors to experience the very best of Midlands food and drink. This initiative is in collaboration with the four Local Enterprises and reflects a strong commitment to promoting local enterprise and supporting sustainable food businesses across the region.”
