PV’s Bar & Kitchen, is a newly refurbished Gastro Bar located in the heart of Longford town. It was during Covid, when the Longford couple, Barry and Lisa Lynam, worked hard to get the Ballymahon Street pub ready for opening. When it re-opened, two years ago, it provided 15 jobs to the local area, while bringing one of Longford town’s stellar venues back to life. They totally remodelled the bar, the kitchen, the function area and now there are 14 brand new Guest rooms.
14 New Guestrooms
Their brand new bespoke guestrooms are now ready to book. They are the icing on the cake for the tastefully refurbished hub in Longford town. With the opening of their nightclub in January, it has been a good year for the Lynams after their win at the Irish Restaurant awards when they won ‘Best Gastro Pub’ in Longford.
Eden nightclub
It is ideal for group bookings, parties, whether you’re looking for a casual lunch or a special dinner. They pride themselves on their locally sourced food and fine dining experience. Their private function room area can sit up to 75 people. There newly opened nightclub ‘Eden’ is open every Friday and Saturday night and holds up to 500 people. There is a VIP area there also for booking private parties.
New Opening Hours
Their new opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday from 12 noon daily.
Food is served Tuesday to Friday from 12 to 8pm and Saturday to Sunday from 12 to 7.30pm
