Two Midlands firms listed in annual FT1000 Europe Rankings

Two Mullingar-based firms, Bevcraft and Zoosh Digital, have been named in the annual FT1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies rankings from the Financial Times and Statista.

Craft can producer Bevcraft was the top performing Irish company on the influential ranking. This is the second year the company has featured on the list, as it continues to expand its business with successful European growth. From their Mullingar HQ, the firm now have teams based in Ireland, the UK, Netherlands and Norway serving hundreds of innovative craft beverage producers across Europe with a comprehensive range of canning, digital print, laboratory, distribution and ancillary services.

Cloud native technology specialists Zoosh Digital were also ranked, part of the Zoosh Group, they provide digital transformation, cloud consultancy SaaS development and digital product development services to businesses or all scales in industry sectors including retail, food and beverage manufacturing, insurance and sustainability sectors.

Ranking Europe’s 1,000 fastest growing companies

The league table ranks the fastest growing companies across Europe according to their growth rate over a four year period and this is the seventh year it has been published. Just four Irish Companies were selected for inclusion in this year’s list. The annual table provides a detailed insight into companies executing high growth strategies across Europe.

Commenting on the inclusion in the list Ciarán Gorman, CFO of the Bevcraft Group, said: “Bevcraft Group are delighted to be included in the FT1000 list for a second year running along with so many great businesses across Europe and we are particularly excited to feature as the highest ranked Irish company in the list.

We are proud of our Irish heritage having built up this business from our hometown of Mullingar to become the #1 craft can business across Europe. We are also delighted to see that two of the four Irish businesses on the list are Mullingar based with Zoosh Digital in 424th position.
